TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN OPEN TRAINING

Registration:
Registration is considered complete upon receipt of the filled-in form. This constitutes a binding agreement between FCPL Sp. z o.o. and your company, and also indicates acceptance of the training participation terms. By submitting the registration, the Applicant confirms having read the Terms and Conditions and agrees to them in their current form.

Payment:
The Applicant commits to paying an advance of 100% of the training price to the Organizer’s account no later than 5 business days from the date of receiving confirmation of registration for the training.

Cancellation:
Cancellation of participation in the training at least 5 business days before the scheduled training date does not incur any financial charges for the Applicant, provided the cancellation is sent via letter or email to the Organizer. If the cancellation occurs after this period, FCPL Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to issue an invoice for 50% of the training price as a contractual penalty for withdrawal due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.

Training Cancellation:
FCPL Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to cancel the training if the minimum number of participants is not met.

Training Location:
The participant will receive exact location details in an invitation. The Organizer will send this information via email one week before the training date.
